A little more present. A lot less lost.

Less note-taking.
More being there.

Let’s keep the launch focused. The new homepage goes live on Thursday, and we’ll follow with the customer stories next week.

Sounds good. I’ll send the final designs by tomorrow afternoon. Sam, can you take the copy review?

On it. I’ll have the copy ready before the designs come over, so we can review everything together.

Room for the conversation. We’ve got the notes.
Go on. Try the tabs. No meeting required.
FROM “WHAT DID WE SAY?” TO “WHAT’S NEXT?”

Good conversations.
Even better follow-through.

One place for the words, the work, and everything in between.

01 / BE PRESENT

Let the conversation flow.

Live transcription and recording capture the details while you focus on the people in front of you.

02 / STAY IN THE LOOP

A question comes up.
An answer is right there.

Ask about the meeting while it’s happening. Get answers grounded in the conversation.

Wait, what did we agree on?

Thursday’s the day. Homepage first, customer stories next.↗ From your meeting transcript

03 / CONNECT THE DOTS

Meetings end.
The thinking keeps going.

Organize recordings and files into projects. Ask across your sources, or let Pulse surface the next steps.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we meet.

Does Meetbot work during the meeting?

Yes. Follow a live transcript, ask questions about the conversation, and see a live brief while your meeting is in progress. Recordings and recaps are available afterward.

Can I use it for in-person conversations?

Yes. The in-room recorder captures audio from your microphone, with live transcription. Let everyone know you’re recording and make sure you have their permission.

What are projects and Pulse?

A project brings related recordings and documents together. You can ask questions across those sources with citations. Pulse gives you a brief of decisions, open threads, and next steps across the project.

How do I get started?

Meetbot is currently in early access. Existing members can sign in to their workspace. The account creation page shows whether new registrations are available for this deployment.
